Not only are beer recipes becoming more individual, complex and unusual, but the composition of ingredients is also varying more and more in the increasingly popular products made from alternative protein sources. But even the tiniest changes to the raw materials need to be well considered and thoroughly tested. This is exactly the reason why Steinecker has its own company centre: The Steinecker Technology Centre provides technologists from all over the world – and also Steinecker itself – with the opportunity to perform trials together and to test new technologies.
